Martina Hingis suffered a huge upset last night when she crashed out of the US Open in the second round in a match lasting little more than an hour.

Hingis Battles past Peng, into Round 2.
Martina Hingis finally finds herself in the top 10, which got her the 8th seed here (Clijsters withdrew with a wrist injury) and with a top 8 seed would finally come easier draws. Little did we know that Martina Hingis would draw Shuai Peng, a very talented up and coming Chinese player with huge power.

US Open Preview
Martina Hingis participated in this year's first Grand Slam event in Australia as a Wild Card entrant. She then made the main draws of Roland Garros and Wimbledon on her own, and now enters this year's final slam as the number 8 seed. Pretty impressive if you ask me!

Hingis loses Montreal final
Young star Ana Ivanovic scored an impressive victory over Martina to land the Rogers Cup. But it's not all bad news for the Swiss Miss. Her run to the final in Montreal will see her make a return to the World's Top 10 this week.
